Overview

About this experience

Beer is one of the oldest things people make, and one of the most rewarding to learn. The Homebrewing Academy teaches it properly: the science, the ingredients and the craft, from experienced brewing professionals.

Start with the theory, go straight to a brew day, or book both as one package. Every course is small and practical, so you leave knowing how beer is made and how to make it yourself.

Learn by doing

On the practical day you work hands-on with a 60 to 70 litre batch: working with the ingredients, running the equipment and controlling the process at each stage. When the beer is ready, you take home your share.
